Abstract

Grey whales (Eschrichtius robustus) were located and photographed along the southern Central Coast of British Columbia during the summer months of 1994 to 1999. By the end of the 1999 field season, some 70-odd animals had been identified, along with several critical feeding areas along the mainland shore of Queen Charlotte Sound, between Allison Harbour and Duncanby Landing.
